Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

EU Delivery Times Standard shipping to European Union countries typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, which are outside our control.

Shipping Rates A flat shipping rate of £12.00 applies to all EU orders.

Customs & Import Duties As we ship from the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
